As cycling enthusiasts, we know that safety is a top priority when hitting the roads. That's why we're excited to introduce our wearable bike light, designed to provide an added layer of visibility and protection for cyclists of all levels.

But before you hit the trails or take to the streets, make sure you're aware of our exchange and shipping policies. Here's what you need to know:

* If your request is accepted, you'll have 14 days to return the item in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact.

* Clearance and pre-order items are not eligible for exchange, so make sure you're purchasing an item that suits your needs.

When it comes to shipping, we offer a range of options. For bulky items, there may be an additional charge of S$40 for delivery to restricted areas like the Changi Airfreight Centre. And if you're planning to ship outside of Singapore, please note that we currently don't offer international shipping and any orders placed from outside Singapore will be cancelled.

For same-day delivery, simply give us a call on our phone lines. Our standard delivery lead time is between 3-7 working days, but for orders valued at S$30 or less, we use Singpost postal mail (non-trackable) with a delivery lead time of 2-4 working days.
